2 cups of arugula or leaf lettuce

Grape tomatoes

1 Avocado

1/3 of a onion

Dressing

Half lemon

1 tsp of olive oil

1 tsp of Vinegar

Add a protein of your choice!

Directions

Place the arugula leafs in a bowl add the cherrie tomatoes, onions, cucumbers and avocado.

Add the olive oil, vinegar and the fresh lemon juice! ( This is a super healthy low calorie salad dressing with powerful antioxidants ingredients)
