My before is at the wedding of a friend. I thought I looked darn good in that dress. My current is from a wedding from last month and that I knew I looked damn good. This year, I really started to try to eat better with the help of weight watchers and become a gym devotee. I try to balance it all because I’m still going to eat treats at work being a cake decorator. You don’t have to say no to things. Just everything in moderation. Some days, a cookie is the best thing ever. Other days, asparagus is to die for. Now, I’m trying to focus more on fitness rather than the number on the scale ***
